Return Policy

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items to us. Products must be unopened and have packaging intact. To return a product to us, please email us at govaultage@gmail.com

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges.

Lost/Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please contact USPS if you are concerned your order is lost or stolen.

Damaged products:

If you receive your products damaged please email govaultage@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. To start this process please visit our Contact Us.

Cancellations:
Order processing begins the moment we receive your order. Once your order is in our system, we cannot cancel, change, or exchange items.
